Message to Moderator

Dear Moderator,

I am Lauren Hodge and I worked with Hope Twidale to create a two-minute opening sequence to a horror film. It took roughly three months to create the sequence and everything we have completed and what we used to achieve it in the tabs with a link to who made what and some posts have descriptions if they are needed, such as Audience feedback. To navigate through my blog, you can use the tabs at the top. To see my final cut of the sequence it is in the tab that says evaluation.

Thank you,
Lauren Hodge

Preliminary Task

Final Cut

We asked our friends and class their opinion for our final cut and the feedback we received was that while it had a variety of shots some were a bit repetitive. They said that compared to our original plot this was better in respect that it was easier to follow but still left a bit of mystery.

If we were to do this again we would have a larger cast and try to be more original with the plot and include more horror conventions.

Rough Cut V2

After watching our original rough cut and looking over the plot we decided to re fim our sequence as the plot line was to revealing and the performance was not the best.
